How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by contacting us directly or by completing the form on the “book” page.
How much space do I need for a tent?
Our tents are 16ft diameter with the addition of guywires. You will need a 20ft flat surface for our tent to be set up.
Can I reschedule due to weather?
Yes, although our tent is waterproof, if weather conditions are severe you can reschedule depending on tent availability. If light rain is predicted, we will set up as planned.
Can I book an empty tent?
Yes! You can keep the tent empty or bring your own sleeping bags to sleep in.
What is the time frame for tent set up and pick up?
Your tent will be set up by 3pm and picked up by 10am.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery and pick up is included with 15 mile radius from our location in Culpeper. Additional mileage fees per mile will apply.
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
We provide sheets, comforter and decorative pillows. If you want the touch of your home bed coziness, feel free to bring your own pillows, blankets, etc.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your reservation for a full refund.
Do I have to live in Culpeper to book?
No! We travel outside of Culpeper. Contact us to get a quote if you are outside of our 15 mile free delivery radius.
